In collaboration with Rare Roots Hospitality and The Westin Charlotte, The Plaid Penguin played a pivotal role in the revival of Dogwood: A Southern Table. Following the closure of its SouthPark location, Dogwood sought to make a triumphant return that honored its legacy while appealing to modern diners.
